A body positive viniyoga class for CURVY/PLUS sized students.  Making peace with your body, discovering your strength and building confidence.

What to wear - comfortable clothing that you are able to move freely in (but not too big that it bunches up around you)
What to bring - yoga mat, blocks, yoga strap (if you have them, if not I got you)



Curvy Yoga

Gather your pillows, favorite blanket, bolsters, yoga blocks, eye covers and warm socks. 

You will lie in a comfortable position and listen to a guided meditation that brings you into a state of deep relaxation.  

It is one of yoga's most accessible practices.  It's benefits can be experienced by anyone, in any state of health, even if they have never done yoga before.

What to bring - 1 Pillow, 1 or 2 blankets,  Eye Pillow. 
What to wear - something comfortable, warm socks.
